No. 9 Women’s Soccer lost 4-0 to No. 1 UCLA in the last game of its out-of-conference schedule. The Waves, now 6-1-2, said they see the game as an opportunity for growth.

Pepperdine Women’s Soccer celebrated its 10 seniors in style, scoring five goals in the first 20 minutes of a 7-0 drubbing of San Diego. The Waves moved to 5-1-1 in WCC play with two conference matches remaining.
Although they need to wait a little longer to compete, this year’s freshmen class of student-athletes has a full plate adjusting to new coaches, teammates and classes in a virtual setting.
