Sophomore basketball player Isabel Montoya prioritizes her family in her athletic life. Montoya said her family’s support plays a significant role in her mental health as an athlete.
“My dream has always been their dream,” Montoya said. “Now that I’ve made it to this level, it doesn’t stop and it enhances that relationship.”
