The City of Malibu’s Emergency Operation Center has sent out an emergency tweet stating that the eastbound lanes on PCH are closed near Tuna Canyon and that traffic is being diverted onto the westbound lanes. Tuna Canyon is about about a half-mile away from the Reel Inn near Topanga Canyon.
