An incident between two cars on the corner of Seaver Drive and President’s Drive around 7 p.m. has created an impasse north of the CCB. Traffic will resume flow as soon as both cars can be cleared from the scene.
Public Safety was on the scene along with paramedics. An ambulance left the scene, but it is yet unknown whether anyone was seriously injured.
