Skylar Peak began his new role as the Malibu City Council mayor March 24 to serve his 10-month term. Construction to cause long-term traffic issues on PCH

Two long-term construction projects on Pacific Coast Highway are going to begin a week from Tuesday, according to the Malibu Times. The construction could have a major impact on traffic in Malibu, Santa Monica and in between.
