Pepperdine moved 65 students receiving hardship housing in Drescher Campus Apartments on Sunday, April 11 following a COVID-19 outbreak on campus. The University experienced three linked outbreaks from March 25 to present, with over 30 students testing positive.

Recently Finished Remodel Revitalizes Lovernich
Lovernich Apartments underwent renovations over the summer with new finishes and fixtures following student feedback. HRL raised prices only slightly, though it remains to be seen if students will be able to select a desired living space during room reservations for the spring if on-campus occupancy is increased.
