Seaver Drive collision cuts off traffic

February 22, 2011 by Pepperdine Graphic

A two-car collision on Seaver Drive has traffic cut off between the main campus parking lot and Presidents Drive.

Although one student was taken away in an ambulance Malibu Towing personnel reported that she “looked fine” and was “just going to get checked out.”

Minutes before 8 a.m. a green Jeep Grand Cherokee was ascending Seaver Drive and collided with the driver’s of a black Audi while the Audi was making an illegal U-turn.

Malibu Towing is now waiting for California Highway Patrol to arrive and document the scene before they can remove the vehicles.

According to Malibu Towing personnel this type of accident is very common along the entire stretch of Seaver Drive.
