Recipe of the Week: Brigadeiro (Brazilian Candy)

Ingredients:

  • 14-ounce can condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons Nesquik Powder – Chocolate Flavor

Directions:

1. Combine the butter, condensed milk and Nesquik powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

2. Cook and stir for 10 minutes or until thickened.

3. Remove from the heat and pour into a soup plate.

4. Let it rest until it is cool enough to eat.
