Marshall Ford Part II

March 14, 2009 by Pepperdine Graphic

39 year old Marshall Ford puts rhymes and rhythms together. His stage name is massive and at 649 pounds this father of 3 and full time caregiver had no where else to turn.

Massive decided he needed to make a life change that would live up to his big name and big size.

Dr. Naim performed Massive’s laporscopic sleeve mastectomy. It is a two hour operation where surgeons make a few small key-hole incisions reducing the stomach by 85% leaving only a sleeve shaped pouch that is about the size of a small banana.

Now Massive is on the road to weight loss. He can only eat 700 calories a day. Massive has already lost 64 pounds and is excited for more weight to come off.
