Madness returns to ignite crowd

Friday sparked the return of both the men’s and women’s basketball season. Familiar faces once again roamed the men’s sidelines as former men’s head coach Tom Asbury is back to right the ship. Both teams look to bounce back from down years and return the Waves to the top of the West Coast Conference. Blue & Orange Madness captivated an enthusiastic crowd and student body that saw newcomers sophomore Denis Agre (pictured) freshman Taylor Darby and dunk-contest winner freshman Keion Bell throw down highlight after highlight to end the all-evening festival on a breathtaking high-note.
