HIGHLIGHTS: Men's volleyball vs. Pacific

Coach Marv Dunphy and his Pepperdine men’s volleyball team took to the court last night against MPSF rival Pacific.It was a close first set until junior outside hitter Cory Riecks delivered a massive kill togive the Waves a one set lead. Riecks would go on to have a game high of 17 kills.After winning the second set in comanding fashion the Waves had a more difficult time in the third set.With the score at 16 all clutch play by senior outside hitter JD Schleppenbach help put the Waves ahead for good until sophomore middle blocker Matt Pollock sealed the win with a kill.The win against Pacific improves the Waves’ record to nine and four and launching them into a tie for second place in the MPSF.
