Departmental Information Only 
Location: Public Safety Office 
Summary: L.A. County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report that a Malibu resident fired a shotgun in the air next to a house where Pepperdine students were attending a party. Also one student sustained a head injury after being struck by a piece of concrete that was thrown over an adjoining fence where the gun shot incident occurred. 
 
 
11/2/10 12:00p.m. 
Departmenal Investigation 
Location: Hall 10- Roy P. Crocker 
Summary: A student reported someone at a bathroom window pointing a phone at them; the student is suspected of video taping that student taking a shower. 
 
11/4/10 4:47 p.m. 
Incident- Vandalism 
Location: Harilela Tennis Stadium 
Summary: A staff member reported discovering graffiti on a water fountain. Facilities Management and Planning was contacted immediately to clean up. 
 
 
11/5/10 6:19 a.m. 
Property Damage 
Location: East Chapel Lot 
Summary: A staff member reported that he or she accidentally drove into a parking lot control gate arm causing it to break off.

Disturbance- Disturbing the Peace
Location: Cultural Arts Center 
Summary: A student yelled at Pepperdine staff and damaged a nearby message board. 
 
 
11/5/10 10:53 a.m. 
Departmenal Investigation 
Location: SPP- Henry & Virginia Braun Complex
Summary: A staff member reported an altercation that occurred between two conference participants. 
 
 
11/7/10 4:29 a.m. 
Incident- Fire 
Location: Off Campus Location
Summary: The L.A. County Fire Department responded to a residential attic fire at the Malibu Country Estates.
