Incident- Dumpster/Trash Can Fire 
Location: TAC
Summary: A trash can reportedly caught fire due to a discarded cigarette butt. 
 
 
9/14/10 11:32 a.m. 
Departmental- Information
Location: Off Campus 
Summary: A Malibu resident complained to the Sheriff’s Department regarding loud nearby parties attended by Pepperdine students. 
 
 
9/14/10 2:02 p.m.
Traffic – Vehicle Accident 
Location: Public Safety Office 
Summary: A student vehicle backed into a dumpster. Minor damage was reported. 
 
 
9/15/10 3:59 p.m. 
Departmental –Welfare Check
Location: Hall 2-Mildred Welshime
Summary: A concerned parent contacted Public Safety when they were unable to reach their son. The student was contacted and said that he would contact his parent immediately. 
 
 
9/15/10 10:55 p.m. 
Disturbance- Loud Noise
Location: Baxter Drive
Summary: Public Safety responded to a report of loud noise coming from the jacuzzi area. Upon investigation the source was a professor who was hosting several visitors while talking loudly and drinking alcohol.

Battery- Simple Battery 
Location: Richard Rockwell Towers 
Summary: A student reported to Public Safety that they were involved in a physical altercation with another student. 
 
 
9/18/10 5:04 p.m. 
Traffic – Vehicle Accident 
Location: Seaver Drive 
Summary: An unoccupied student vehicle that was parallel parked on Seaver Drive rolled over the hillside toward the dorms. The vehicle was removed by Malibu Tow and minor damage was reported.
