Cross Country: Wishard takes third in WCC Championships

Competing in the West Coast Conference Championships Oct. 31 in Crystal Springs Calif. the Pepperdine cross country team did exactly as the preseason polls indicated with the women taking fifth and the men taking sixth in their respective races. It was a hot day at the Raleigh-Runnels Memorial Pool Oct. 31.  Fans in the Pepperdine colors of orange and blue and even some in costumes packed in the bleachers right next to UCLA fans.
