After a three-game defeat this weekend at No. 23 Stanford the Pepperdine men's baseball team was unable to come up with a win against the USC Trojans on Tuesday night despite a close comeback late in the game. Waves gear up for fifth sixth contest of 12-match homestand

The Pepperdine women's tennis team won its first match of a streak of 12 consecutive home matches Saturday defeating Fresno State 6-1. The Waves lost their first three games to Michigan UCLA and Florida State. After a 5-2 home loss to No. 16 Baylor on Saturday the Waves were disappointed again on their home territory Wednesday afternoon.
