FIRESTONE FIELDHOUSE, DEC. 2 — Women’s Volleyball swept UNC, 3-0, in the second round of the NCAA Tournament and advanced to the Sweet 16. The team is now 6-0 in set wins in the post-season. Men’s basketball has begun this season on a rocket of  a start. The Waves snagged their second victory of the season Nov. 15 in a game against Arizona State University.
