8/26/13 11:59 a.m.

Incidents – Annoying Phone Call (s)

Location: Malibu campus

Summary: A student reported receiving unwanted and annoying phone calls from an ex-boyfriend.

8/27/13 2:23 p.m.

Crimes – Larceny/Theft – Petty Theft

Location: Housing Reception Area

Summary: A student reported their bicycle that was parked in front of the building was stolen.

8/27/13 7:38 p.m. Incidents – Suspicious Circumstances

Location: School of Law

Summary: A faculty member reported receiving a suspicious email from an unkown individual.

8/28/13 1:43 p.m.

Crimes– Trespassing

Location: School of Law

Summary: Report of a suspicious person. The individual had no affiliation with the University of official business on campus. A Public Safety officer warned the person for trespassing on private property and escorted them off campus.

8/29/13 5:24 p.m.

Traffic Related – Trafic Accident, Non-Injury

Location: Via Pacifica & Catalina Drive intersection

Summary: Vehicle vs. parked vehicle collision. A student lost control of their vehicle and struck two parked cars. California Highway Patrol responded to investigate and filed a report. Moderate to major damage was reported.

8/29/13 9:34 p.m.

Traffic Related – Traffic

Accident, Non-Injury

Location: Seaver Drive

Summary: A student’s vehicle collided with another student’s vehicle while driving through the Seaver Drive round-about. Minor damage was reported.

9/2/2013 2:40 p.m.

Incidents – Welfare Check 

Summary: A conferned friend reported that he was unable to reach his ex-girlfriend for an extended period of time after a recent break-up and requested a welfare check. Public Safety officers made contact with the student without incident. Public Safety contacted the ex-boyfriend to let him know she was okay.
