In a five set thriller the No. 11 Men's Volleyball team upset the undefeated No. 1 ranked USC Trojans at home to improve its overall season record to 4-5. Between 2000 and 2010 the Los Angeles Unified School District tried to fire just seven teachers; of those LAUSD successfully fired four and the rest received hefty settlements or were reinstated.
