Wondering what The Los Angeles Museum of Art and The J. Paul Getty Museum have in common? For Malibu residents both museums are too far away. With gas prices peaking over $3.00, why spend your entire Saturday afternoon stuck in traffic, burning precious gas when you have world-class art so close to home?
The Frederick R. Weisman Museum of Art on the campus of Pepperdine University is currently hosting an exhibit titled “The Eclectic Eye.” This collection houses over 40 pieces of artwork which represent some of the most popular artists and art movements over the last 4 decades. The museum, located on Pepperdine’s main campus, is open Tuesday-Sunday from 11am-5pm and is free of charge to all guests. For more information contact museum director, Michael Zakian at (310) 506-4851.
