On Tuesday, March 18 the Veritas Club hosted a forum in Elkins Auditorium. The forum focused on the topic of friendship and featured two speakers: John Hendrix and April Marshall.
Pepperdine students participated in the second annual Deslyn’s 5k March 16. The race is held in the memory of Deslyn Williams, who lost her life in the Oct. 2023 PCH crash.
The motion to dismiss the four counts of murder against Fraser Michael Bohm in connection with the October 2023 PCH crash was denied March 17. The case, which involves the deaths of four Pepperdine students, is scheduled for a new hearing April 28.

Whether it’s words of affirmation or quality time, love languages explain how humans express love for another. Students explained the presence and importance of love languages in their own relationships.
Surrealist filmmaker David Lynch is widely considered to be one of the great modern auteurs of cinema. Several students, alumni and faculty at Pepperdine were saddened to hear the news of his passing earlier this year.
