People of Pepperdine: Nicholas Wedl

“A big inspirational figure for me was my coach in high school. I ran cross country and track and he played a really big role in our lives. I’m a senior right now and after I graduate I’m going to go work for a year as a physical therapist aid and then start applying to physical therapy schools and try to become a physical therapist. Living the sport life in high school really made me realize how important it is for people to have physical therapists. Then also, with the aging population, there is a big demand for doctors and what not and having medical school being as hard as it is, taking it a step down, physical therapy is a pretty good choice.” – Nicholas Wedl
