DPS was hot on the trail this week! Unfortunately, they were cold, right outside their own office. This Volvo driver must have feared that all the parking permits would be gone and proceeded to make a mad dash for the DPS office. Luckily, DPS always keeps a fresh stock of permits for eager drivers.
