Put Some Pepp in your Step

Climbing the stairs of Pepperdine, one starts to rethink life. With every step, as legs burn and lungs contract to the size of shrunken pears, confidence in cardio declines. While one option would be to lie down in the fetal position and pray that the UFO pictured in last week’s “National Enquirer” would come for its next abduction, why not plug in some headphones and jam to the “Welcome to Pepperdine Playlist” instead? After all, there is no better way to conquer stairs than to listen to these killer songs. While climbing the stairway to heaven to get up to the CCB, you can dive into the new year by listening to the “Welcome to Pepperdine” playlist on Spotify.

1.“Under the Cover of Darkness” – The Strokes

2. “House of Gold” – Twenty One Pilots

3. “Slow Lights” – Sin Fang

4. “I Bet My Life” – Imagine Dragons

5. “Kangaroo Court” – Capital Cities

6. “Got It” – Marian Hill

7. “You Will Leave a Mark” – A Silent Film

8. “Say a Prayer” – Tyler Bryant & The Shakedown

9. “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” – Jet

10. “Every Teardrop is a Waterfall” – Coldplay
