For most Pepperdine students, spring break couldn’t come soon enough. It is no secret that many individuals at this university pride themselves on being extremely busy and involved in athletics, part time jobs, Greek life, intramurals, Club Convos, community service and heavy academic schedules. Spring break is an oasis within the semester when students can finally relax and temporarily leave their obligations behind with the hope that when they return, they are energized and ready to finish the semester strong.
Junior Psychology Major Addy Ajijolaiya: “I decided to dare to be bold, and I drove down to Tijuana, Mexico and found a random spot to eat tacos on Tuesday.”
Senior History Major Jason Murillo: “I went home to San Diego and hung out with my family.”
Junior Public Relations Major Madison Zienart: “I was in Carlsbad all week where I celebrated my friend’s birthday and relaxed by the pool every day.”
Junior International Studies Major Charles Olsen: “For my spring break, I had the opportunity to fulfill my lifetime dream of going to North Pole, Alaska. I got to go dog-sledding and ice fishing.”
