Cheers hoots hollers and banners filled Pepperdine’s cafeteria Thursday night as sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma hosted their annual philanthropic event. Raffled prizes and a silent auction were the source of money for Kappa’s philanthropy: the 2010 Special Olympics.

The surrounding gleeful and participatory fraternities and sororities gave shouts of support all around. The first event of the night was an introductory sequence of sorority escorts to the fraternity players. Their introduction consisted of hobbies interests and hopes/dreams. The second phase was an interview process followed by a talent show. The show was judged based on style creativity and humor.
